Our services

Advice and strategy
We work with organisations to make sustainability a strategy for their future, facilitating the integration and alignement of environmental and social values with the business.

We guide organisations to make sustainability their strategy.

We differentiate ourserlves with our own methodology.

Aligning the interests and strategy of the organitzation with the social, environmental and economical values of sustainability is today an urgent decision for your future.

We support organisations in the drafting and design of sustainability reports.

We adapt to your needs and requirements. We use the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), GRI Standards methodology, as a basis.

The sustainability report is the main tool an organisation has to voluntarily communicate its performance and impact, whether positive or negative, on the environment, society, economy and governance, to  account to its stakeholders.

We provide support in the implementation, improvement or certification of management systems.

Our experience in integrating management systems leads to a significant reduction in implementation, management and audit costs.

The adoption of a quality management system, environmental or social, is a strategic decision that guarantees and highlights the quality and sustainability of services and products, and allows for continuous improvement.

We provide tools for a responsible supply chain management.

We differentiate ourselves with our own methodology. Total Net Impact: assesses the inclusion of sustainability throughout the value chain and identifies opportunities for improvement.

Relying on the supply chain for a responsible management of the elements involved in the production of goods and services is key to generating both circularity and saving strategies, and aligning with consumer demands.

Circular economy
We create both saving opportunities and new lines of business in the framework of the circular economy that contribute to diversification and risk reduction.

We facilitate innovation in circular economy.

Through co-creation we seek, together with the organisation, innovative value propositions and new service-based business lines (servititzation).

Circular Economy is one of the European Comission's priority areas of action, with the aim of becoming the economic model of the future.

It wishes to imitate natural systems to achieve the maximum recovery of materials and energy from industrial and social processes. It is, therefore, an area of growing interest for companies and administrations.

We assess the vulnerability of organisations and prepare them to address the risks posed by Climate Change.

We help to seek adaptation measures within the circular economy.

Climate change is now an imminent threat that will decisively affect the entire planet in the immediate future.

IPCC and other institutions forecasts sustain this and call for urgent action. The EU's 'Green Pact' raises climate ambition for 2030 and 2050, with the aim of achieving emissions neutrality and thus starting to reverse the climate impacts that are already being observed.

Training and research
The world is changing and so is the way we do business. We create social and business awareness towards the emerging socio-economic paradigm and the socio-environmental challenges we face.

We align the organization’s objectives with the United Nations 2030 Sustainable Development Goals.

We achieve interdisciplinary results, with impact and with adherence and recognition in the organization.

In 2015, the United Nations adopted a strategic framework for achieving global sustainable development. This proposal is structured in 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

We create social awareness and knowledge in sustainable development.

We provide transversal and transdisciplinary training based on extensive experience in teaching sustainability at university level (UOC, UPC and IL3).

Any model change implies fostering knowledge through dissemination and research. In addition, staff training and capacitation is essential to facilitate the transition to sustainability.

It includes three diagnostic steps and one strategic planning and/or design of new business models (eco-innovation).

It is sequential, easy to use and participatory.

It provides a systemic perspective.

It takes place in the form of co-creative and dynamic working sessions within the company that approach the different departments and improve self-knowledge.
